The April Repair Cafe was according to the numbers our best yet! Total items brought to us was 59. 53 of which were successfully repaired, which is a 90% success rate! The GROWers met on Sunday 2nd April at the Gloucester Road allotments to have a tidy up, do some planning and get sowing. It was great to welcome lots of new faces along to the litter pick on the 18th March as part of the Great British Spring Clean. On the 12th March people gathered at the Gloucester Road Allotments to learn more about no-dig gardening, wildlife-friendly pest control, companion planting and more. Thank you to Audrey, Marie, Sophie and Jill for sharing their expertise. Those who attended went away with lots of food for thought!

On Saturday 4th March a team of volunteers cleared the path along the side of the Lambrok Stream. Thanks also go to staff at Tesco Express who helped with rubbish disposal and supplied cakes for the pickers!
