Welcome to Trowbridge Environmental Community. Our aim is to raise awareness of environmental issues around Trowbridge. Working with local groups, charities and councils to make Trowbridge a more resilient place for future generations.

Gloucester Road allotments have kindly given us 2 raised beds which we are looking to form a team of volunteers to tend, nurture and grow. The beds are 1m high, have disabled access and onsite toilet facilities. The Trowbridge Town Council grant of £1000 will help us buy the necessary equipment to continue litter picking and clearing rubbish in the local rivers. We will be purchasing waders, life jackets, wading poles, buckets so that we can organise regular events post the Covid-19 restrictions.
We have been donated over 900 trees from Ovo Energy & The Conservation Volunteers to give away to the local community! These trees will need a home when they arrive next month.
